Sync file uploads from Atarim projects into cloud storage services. When clients/stakeholders upload files the files should be added to a designated folder that is set in the project settings of each project, OR in a global folder that is set in the Global Settings.

Adding short videos along with screenshots in Atarim would make feedback clearer and more detailed, helping everyone understand issues better. Sometimes id like to be able to highlight things with my mouse that cant be done with a screenshot. There is another collab tool that has this feature. Developers, designers, and clients can see exactly what's happening in real-time, making fixes faster and collaboration smoother.

As an agency that has client tasks that need to be performed every month, we need the ability to make the tasks recurring. We need the ability for new tasks to automatically appear on a set date. This could be every week or on a particular day of every month. The recurring tasks could be a continuation of the previously closed task (keeping all its comments, time, and history), or a new version of the task. We need a way to manage these recurring tasks. Whether it's in its own recurring tasks section or by editing the original task. It could have a start date and a due date.

Ability to send automated reminders/nudges to task owners and/or collaborators if there has been no updates on a task for a while. also a manual reminder button. Often a task might get left for ages or forgotten about because someone is waiting on someone else, or they might just forget to mark it as complete

We bought MainWP because of all the promotion you guys did about the integration you launched...unfortunately we only found out afterward that it only half works with our existing sites, as we use the Atarim Wordpress plugin for our sites. If you click to 'Collaborate on this site' it creates an entirely new project in Atarim, ignoring the one already set up in Atarim. This is despite it being able to pull existing task details into the MainWP dashboard. Very frustrating considering this is not mentioned anywhere in the promotional material for the integration so we went ahead an bought it.

We have builds set to where clients do not need to log in and can still use Atarim (guest level). We use coming soon page for anyone that does not have secret link to be redirected to at all times. With how Atarim currently works, the interface still populates on this coming soon page, and because it is set to guests can use it, we get unwanted tasks, etc. intertwined with actual client communication. We have attempted script managers to remove Atarim from the particular page but it does not work. (i.e. still functions like normal or everything from the JavaScript and images populates at full width of website. Essentially looks like CSS styling did not load.) Having the ability to set a maintenance/coming soon page within Atarim to not have the interface load on it would fix this from occurring. We

While there's already the ability to use the stickers in the backend of WordPress, this feature will allow for marking parts of text in Gutenberg and adding comments. Very much like Google Doc. Only that then, these requests can be centralized using our dashboard, which means that you won't need to go into each article to view if new comments were added.

Would there be any way you can add some kind of tracking for "time" and/or "tasks" allowance on a monthly basis. With my monthly care plans (and I'm sure its the same with some other people), we either offer monthly "time" available each month, or a set amount of "tasks" each month (or sometimes "unlimited tasks" on larger plans). So let me explain how it could work in WP Feedback. You'd maybe first select if you either track by "time" or "tasks" as a global or per site option. Then for each client/site you could enter the amount of "time" or "tasks" they get each month, and also set their monthly reset/renewal date. Then, whenever a task is completed on their site, it either deducts the time for that task (since you already have time tracking) from their monthly time available, or just deducts 1 "task" from their task allowance. Obviously if they had "unlimited" it wouldn't need to do this. Then on their monthly reset date, it just resets back to the default monthly allowance. This would personally be an awesome feature for my business, as I currently do this somewhat manually/separately with a custom plugin I made - and I'm sure others would find it useful too. I see your agency also offers "monthly support tasks" on a time basis too. One thing is that maybe some tasks you'd not want to count towards their monthly time/tasks, so it could maybe be a checkbox somewhere (admin only) on the task popup, possibly in the "tasks status" tab, so before you set it as complete, you can select an option like "Count towards monthly tasks." Finally, this is somewhat a separate suggestion that just came to mind now, one step further is that we also offer extra "development hours" which they can purchase for more advanced work/tasks/changes to their site etc. It would be nice if there was a way for them to possibly purchase development hours directly via the tool (or just enter this manually), then with the time tracking tool for tasks, we can optionally deduct that time from their "development hours" instead.

This would allow for much better matching to different use cases and should be an easy add.

The client experience can be really confusing for users who are not using the plugin. I do not want to have them install the Chrome extension for a design project. They get prompted to create an account (which is unnecessary), but when they create an account, they then get prompted to upgrade when trying to approve pages and such. Would like to see it be more simplified for one time clients use.

This adds infinite dimensionality to tasks. Our specific use case is to allow the client to note the change is for "US" vs "UK" site.

My workflow is Kanban board by project on one monitor and make edits on second monitor. It would be very helpful if I could group the tasks by page to save me keep switching pages for editing.

Imagine you could export your Canva designs straight into Atarim with a single click of a button, enabling you to instantly start leaving feedback on it. What if you could even see the tasks created inside Canva? 🤯

Currently, this involves heading to the view for an individual task which means it cannot be done in one go for 10-20 tasks at a time (i.e. in bulk). Sidenote: it would also be great to be able to see at a glance in the board/kanban view which tasks are "internal" and which aren't.

It's be great if any tasks or comments made for the collaborator (clients) to be completed get an automatic email reminder they have an open task that hasn't been completed after a few days...a 2nd one if the 1st reminder isn't completed and a third reminder. This would be mainly for requesting content from the client when in the website building process. Thanks!

The ability to record a quick video and create a task, to make giving feedback even easier

In addition to the Project Stages feature, it would be great to add a deadline to each task.

Add the ability to get desktop notifications for tasks and projects that are assigned to me.

Would be great if we could automate the entire process of using Atarim simply by adding a plugin or component to non-wordpress sites.

Currently when sharing a design for collaboration, the top navigation for selecting design versions covers up part of the design. When sharing a website mockup using Atarim, the version navigation bar hides the mockups navigation from the user. So the user can't see it or comment on it to make changes.

Love the new Chrome extension but would really like it to have the functionality that it had previously. Especially responsive mode, as the feedback tool, gets in the way of the view via the normal route of inspect / Developer tools. Thank yoooo!

It would be helpful to be able to re-order designs after they've been uploaded. For example, when I upload. brand guide, sometimes it uploads in an incorrect order, because one of the later page files is smaller than another. Uploading designs/mockups one at a time for anything longer than 5 pages is tedious and cumbersome. Being able to drag and drop, then "save" or "publish" them in the correct order for collaborators/clients would be excellent.

Find a way to allow for visual collaboration on websites that are locked behind a login screen.

I think it would be helpful to understand the differences (pros and cons) of using the different versions of Atarim. This would allow us to make a strategic decision on what Atarim option to use. Currently, we've stopped using all wordpress Atarim plugins and have gone exclusively to the non-wordpress Atarim. Both have advantages and disadvantages, having a simple understanding on what we've gained and lost would be great!

Some of Goerge's clients don't understand that he needs to actually do the work before the task is marked as complete

Very similar to the functionality on Figma, where you can see other users' cursors on the collaboration experience, making collaboration even better! Along with real-time commenting, collaborating has never been so easy.

In many areas of the dashboard, there's a need to refresh or click around to view the latest changes to a project, task, comment, or time entry. EVERYthing should work in realtime.

Refactoring and updating the design of the users screen to bring it inline with the rest of the app

The ability to sequence project folders alphabetically or by most used or some other user-defined sorting taxonomy would be very helpful to save time as the number of folders increases.

SOC 2, aka Service Organization Control Type 2, is a cybersecurity compliance framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The primary purpose of SOC 2 is to ensure that third-party service providers store and process client data in a secure manner. The framework specifies criteria to uphold high standards of data security, based on five trust service principles: security, privacy, availability, confidentiality, and processing integrity.

As a project manager, I'd like the possibility to filter completed tasks/comments from the list of comments, so it shows only what we're still working on. Right now it's possible to use filters to show ONLY completed jobs, which makes much less sense than the other way around. This would make my clients' experience smoother too - right now, I see them replying to comments that have already been implemented and approved.

I'm still new to using Atarim, but working with the client on their website using Atarim, it's a bit difficult to see what comment/task is new from the client in the atarim panel on the site. End up having to go through a bunch of comments to find any new ones. Thank you!

Would be great if the client could chat with support and/or with us from the comment screen. Double bonus if that was actually a slack channel.

Assume that the client does not read the docs or go through onboarding. If it looks like the client is not doing anything or clicking on the "wrong" things, start popping up arrows showing what they should be doing. This could turn into a whole system that tells them better ways to do things as AI watches how they are using atarim.
